Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Halil Demirci protects your privacy when you use the kodzoft.com website and our services. The statutory information on the processing of personal data is in the KVKK Privacy Notice; this policy complements it. This document is provided in Turkish and English; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Our approach

We collect only the data needed to provide the service, meet our legal obligations and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Analytics and marketing tools run only if you allow them.

2. Information we collect

Information you enter in forms and your account; order, subscription, booking and invoice records; the transaction result from the payment institution; technical log data and cookies. Your card details never reach us: payment is taken on the payment institution iyzico’s own page.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your requests and provide the service.

• To protect your account, limit sign-in attempts and detect abuse.

• To issue invoices and keep statutory records.

• To send transactional notifications by e-mail, such as order, invoice, booking and subscription status. These e-mails are part of the service; we do not send marketing e-mails.

4. Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure and data are stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Payments are handled by iyzico and transactional e-mails are delivered through an e-mail delivery provider. These providers process your data only on our instructions and to provide the relevant service.

5. Security

The site runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes. Access to the administration panel is protected by two-factor authentication and every action in the panel is logged. Invoice documents are kept in a private store that can only be downloaded with authorised access. Sign-in, registration and form submissions are rate-limited against abuse.

6. Your control

You can update your account details and billing profiles, request an export of your data and delete your account from your account. You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at people under 18; we do not knowingly collect data about children.

8. Changes and contact
