Who it is for
Businesses that answer the same questions every day: opening hours, prices, delivery, appointments, product comparisons. The assistant answers from your content; if the answer is not there it does not guess, it hands over to you.
How it works
Week 1: content collection and knowledge base setup; accuracy check with test questions.
Week 2: connection to your site or WhatsApp line; handover rules; launch.
30 days: tuning from conversation logs (fixing wrong or missing answers).
Good to know
The model provider’s (OpenAI etc.) API account is opened in your name; usage fees are yours and a monthly spending limit is set during setup. Questions involving personal data require an assistant clause in your privacy notice; we draft it, your lawyer approves.
